How to Stop Hair From Breaking and Splitting

Go to any store that sells vitamins. Buy the vitimin E soft gel tablets. Add 5-6 tablets to your conditioner. It will stop breakage and splitends.

1

Go to any drug store or grocery store in your area. Any wal-greens or cvs srores will have the vitamin E gel tablets. Wal-mart is another good place to go.

  • Step 2
When you get home, you will need to take the vitamin E out of bottle, around 4-6 tablets. use a needle or pin and punchure a pin hole in the tablet. Put the gel tablets into your conditioner and shake well. When you wash your hair, put the conditioner on just like you normally would and leave in hair 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 3
Style as usual. You will feel a difference in your hair. It will feel alot smoother and softer. I have been doing it for a month now, and I can really tell a difference.
