did u try the security question route?
you may be able to counter hack it by sending an email to the current aim bot
heres the txt on counter hacking, or just plain hacking. you've been warned its a Pandora's box, quite a reap what you sow kind of thing that if misused well... enough said
Derekius "This method really works (for now). To get anybody's AIM password, you just need a hotmail account, an AIM account of your own, and the victim's screen name. AOL tries to change their automatic recovery bot's address a lot to prevent things like this from happening, but they just cycle through a list of predetermined addresses. Right now, I have the address. Send an E-mail through your hotmail account to:aimhostingbotrecovery_12451forgot@hotmail.com with "FORGOT PASSWORD" in the subject (no quotes). In the body: 1st line=your screenname, 3rd line=your password, 5th line=victim's screenname. That's all there is to it. I just tried this earlier today, and it really worked. It works for now, but I'm not sure how often AOL changes their bot recovery address, so it may not work if you wait too long. This information is to be used for educational purposes only, and I am not responsible for anybody's AIM passwords being hacked into. (I have to throw that out there so I don't get into trouble for sharing this info)"
