Someone recently put a 'blank' disk into my computer, that was given to them by someone else. My computer has had virus problems, to the point where I have lost a lot of info and have no sound on my speakers etc. Also, a messaging program opened up by itself (which I did NOT download) and said setting up 'voice conference' with my microphone to someone's phone number. Today, I found a new account had been added to my computer which was password protected, and I am the only administrator, so how on earth could this happen? How can I find out if my computer is hacked/still being hacked...?
