Can I substitute ground turkey for ground beef in a meatloaf recipe?

In most cases the flavor will be fine but ground turkey tends to be a little wetter than ground beef. You may want to decrease the liquid that is added by a tablespoon or two.

Yes, it will be wetter as Lynn described above, but much healthier. Or you can also use a combo of ground turkey and ground beef.

certainly, just add a little less egg.  It is just as good as ground beef. If you make it with white meat turkey, it is more healthy.

Yes.  I don't even buy ground beef anymore.  I use ground turkey for chili and tacos and can't taste any difference.
