I'm sorry I'm no help with this question and I really don't mean to be a prick, but if you can't afford to provide for your kids shouldn't you stop having children?  Again, I apologize, but I'm thinking of the kids here.  The government wasn't formed to be a charity for people making poor decisions.

You should try for wic or a program called snapp..Look into those programs
