You can search the web but from the experience of the people around me, some of which lost considerable amounts of weight, a diet is a personal thing, the best thing would be to go to a Dietitians and nutritionists, ask around for recommendations, and have him/her create a diet for you. This is not a recurrent expense (you set the diet for a few weeks/months) and if it's important to you I guess its worth the money.
