Apparently she wants to get a tattoo of her boyfriend's initials with a heart around it, is this a mistake? Should her parents give permission?
Of course it's a mistake! Even if she's old enough (individual decision) she should never personalize a tatoo, odds are high that she will not be with that boyfriend forever and at some point she'll want to remove his ID.
I don't think her parents should let her get it because her and her boyfriend may break up and then it will be there forever, if she breaks up with him, it will be a constant reminder of what he did that made her brake up with him and if he brakes up with her she will miss him and be sad..........so no they shouldn't give her permition.
I'm in love with Edward Cullen, not Robert or his hotness, I like Edward's character and personality, his hottness is just another factor. :)♥♥

No, because he will most likley break up with her, and if she gets his initials tattooed on her arm or wherever, and he breaks up with her, she'll want to get rid of it and she wont be able to.
