Hi,


Gold is defenately not flammable.  However most material will burn in flames when being in powder and a high quantity of Oxygen is supplied + a spark....  
Take a spoon with flower (normal white flower, used to bake cakes).  Apply a match to it, nothing will happend.  But if you take a burner, you lit it and you blow air on the flower towards the flames it will burn like hell. 
Please don't do it, it is extrimly dangerous !!!!.
