It takes way too long for me to make a bowel movemont. Seems like I'm never done. Keep trying, but can't seem to ever get the feeling of completion. Any ideas what's going on with me?

I am your worst nightmare. An intelligent smart arse.

you need more fiber in your diet and green leafy vegetables and fruits

i would bet that you eat a lot of red meat, try adding chicken and fish to your diet along with the fruit and veggies

an old trick my grandaddy taught me was to eat a few prunes before going to bed and you will regular in the morning

I'll search, while you Cool wait.

Hi, Riddler is correct.  However, I too have had the same problem and sought medical care. Prognosis was to drink Metamucil (fiber) every day in a glass of orange juice. Also, if you were to eat a salad, the green leaves will help to keep you regulated. sounds like you have chronic constipation.  Click here to learn how to live with

Well you can also buy Myralax its over the counter, it helps a lot. Just in case you dont like the metamucil this is just a powder you pour in your drink which is flavorless, you wont even tell you're drinking it
