What is going on?

If a 6 cell embryo is transfered into the utreus does it have a good chance on implanting to the lining of the utreus? I also dont have the sence to smell things yet does that mean I am not pregant? My breast or sore @ I have little cramps but alot of fatigue..does that mean something?
