OK, here's that "rest of the story . . . . "  She WAS on your brother's couch and probably drunk as she claimed.   For that matter, he phone was probably in her purse (good a place as any to put you phone).  But she never said she wasn't doing something else on that couch other than sleeping.  And she probably heard the phone ring in the faint distance, but wasn't about to tell that hot guy to get off her in the heat of the moment.  And, if she's anything like me, she's thinking, the a**hole has it coming.
