I bought giga ware square 11/2x11/2 unit bought at radio shack that's suppose to increase usb ports. it has four usb ports but i don't know how to use it properly because I hook one usb port from the printer cable into the gigaware unit and then another usb cord from gigaware unit to my lap top but it doesn't seem to connect at all what am I doing wrong?
