Where are the best chocolates available in town in your locality ?
I don't know if a chocolatier would consider it as the best chocolate, actually it's a quite simple one: Plain Milka chocolate.
I'n my locality, the U.A.E., the malls are the best bet for clean fun. If you want to gamble and be unexpectedly surprised, try an of the cornershop sweet shops. Some of them have heaven in the form of chocolate while others have rat poison.
