Hi,

If you are in the U.S., you need to go to the nearest DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) and talk to a Social Worker about your situation.  She/he will refer you to the proper Agency.

Surrender.  Surrender.  But don't give yourself away . . . .

More than likely, they will suggest that you work again and pay someone else to take care of your sister.  Or, you should be able to find a day program that your sister can go to while you are at work.  You didn't tell us what her disability is, so I cannot be of much more help.  Dogbreedder was right.  There should be state agencies that can help you out.
