A:I also had this problem with a computer that I no longer have. I would install it and reinstall it and would keep getting the message. I even had my son who knows more about computers than me try it thinking I was doing something wrong and he also could not get it to run we even deleted it and reinstalled it many times I finely gave up. However on the computer I have now I have had no problems I think it was the computer it self that for some reason just would not run it. That former computer was a Dell.
