I can't get my Aim mail into Outlook 2003.I have ...


I can't get my Aim mail into Outlook 2003.I have setup other IMAP accounts so I'm familiar with the process.  everything was input correctly but it won't connect to the IMAP  sever listed in the setup help. Can you tell me if there is some setting on my Aim account that I need to change?

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

here are the settings: Incoming server: imap.aim.com (port 143); outgoing server: smtp.aim.com (port 587).

You have to authenticate on both servers with your AIM name and password.
