I think it will take a while before the world really says goodbye...

Don't forget that there are non English reading people who have to wait for the translation... Also we have two new movies still waiting.

Besides, it takes a while to come to terms with the fact that there are no more Harry books. 

But in a year or two probably something else will become the center of attention. I don't think anything will be able to duplicate the success of the Harry series, and I think JKR really will take some time off. I hope she doesn't touch Harry or the others, and starts something new is she wants to. I don't want the books ruined for me.
