Actually,"broasted chicken" is a registered trademark owned by The Broaster Company of Beloit, WI. It refers to chicken which is specially marinated with the company's proprietary ingredients and then cooked in a Broaster Company manufactured pressure fryer. You can get Broasted Chicken at over 5,000 locations nationwide and around the world, but you can't make broasted chicken at home.
