Say hello to my little friend!!!!!
I too have been looking for my great greatmother Jane Long married williams I have traced them from NC to alabama, Tennesee ,I was told that when they forced marched the Cherokee from NC, to Oklhoma that any cherokee will be on the DAWES ROLL and Emment Starr,u can contact Oklahomas Cherokees Tribal Council and they might can help u find her mothersmaiden name or ur Grandfarthers Farthers name and u can get the roll #s from that ,good luck and I hope this helps/Diana
If you go to the actual census record, you'll see that Lula M is the wife of Alfred! And Robert G is the grandson of William & Elizabeth. Addie is William's mother.
Elmer P is a widower, as is Thomas.
William was 18 & Elizabeth 14 when they married. All of their children were born in KY, so they were in KY by 1904.
