Did you check the electricity connection, I had the same problem and realised the wiring had a problem. The first thing to check is whether the lights are on, if not it is the power if not can be the problem with the machine, get an expert to look into it.

i cleaned my bottle water cooler and now the water does not dispense hot water any more but the cold is fine, a few days the water was coming out brownish/red color.
My G.E. water cooler is not working. The hot and cold lights are not coming on. The green light is showing that it is connected. Any suggestions?
