How can a gay female make the girl we has fallen for love her back

Am a 37 asian, closet gay(bi). fell in love with a 24 year old girl who is my trainee manager in the office. we are friends, she allowed me to hug and peck her. we made out several times. she is a devout catholic. she told me she wont love me. how can i make her love me back? amoung her issue is am not male, and she tells me she feels small everytime we make out.
