How do you transfer music from Ipod to Ipod?

You can't - you have to put the music from their iPod onto your computer (or vice versa). Go to http://deadpoetscave.com/2006/12/copying-music-from-an-ipod-to-a-computer-pc-windows/ - it tells you how to do it (free, safe, NO downloading!!)

Or you could just sync your iPod with their computer. But then whatever you have on your iPod will be erased and replaced with their library.

I don't want to reference specific programs, because of the nature of this practice, but if you really need to copy from iPod to iPod, I suggest you search on this topic on the web and you'll find a variety of downloads that will allow you to copy the contents of an iPod to your hard drive and lose the 1:1 iPod to iTunes relationship and allow you to sync that content to a different iPod.

The legal disclaimer being... you shouldn't be doing this and if you do you should at least do it with music assets you physically own, as digitally acquired files usually have limited rights.

This can be very easy if all music is also on your iTunes library. You can simply plug your another iPod in and sync.
