It's fun to make up "Filk Songs". These are songs with
different lyrics than were originally wirtten. For instance, "Silver Bells", with it's reference to "It's Christmas time in the city", and "Soon it will be Christmas day", can be "filked" to something like this:

Here them ring,
Ting a ling
Soon it will be New Year's Day!
Or put any lyrics you like to any song you like. Like: "The Farmer in The Dell" can be changed to:

Just like the weather report,
On the TV show!
