I really think that you need to make up your mind here. You have told her how you feel, she's told you how she feels. She knows you're a lesbian and now she's told you that she might be bi? Fine, but she's still not sure about that and it sounds like it's driving you crazy wondering what this touch means or that look means. I would tell her that you care for her as a good friend and when and if she wants to take the relationship one step further, then she should let you know. Until then, I would definitely seek out someone who is interested in having an intimate relationship or at least want the same things you do. I would also tell this friend that the touchy-feely stuff is confusing you and that you need to put up some boundaries. I am a straight woman and have lot's of straight and lesbian girlfriends, but we do not touch each other intimately. You can still have a wonderful friendship with this girl, but no more mixed signals. Move on and find a girlfriend in the manner you want one.

maybe her touchies is a response to what you told her about yourself in the past that she is replying to you now that she is interested. so, just call her again and ask her out and see what her reaction will be, but If i may advice you, is lesbianism the best for you ? why not think and quit from the game and be straight, Lesbianism is not a good act.

She sounds like she might enjoy being a tease.  She knows her actiions are confusing to you and she likes to make you squirm.  She doen't sound like a friend to me.  I'd say, take things very easy around her or you could end up heartbroken and fast.
