16 thumbs up

I assume that "DV" means domestic violence.  But "DOC" often stands for "Department of Corrections," which doesn't seem to fit here.  Perhaps the potential sentence for conviction includes incarceration in a Department of Corrections facility?  Or maybe the "D" in "DOC" also stands for "domestic"?

It might help if you could say in which state this charge was brought.  "DOC" may mean different things in different states.

Tactical handgun training for law...

Raw combat international's law enforcement- tactical weapons training. This is a simple preview of a module of our tactical weapons course for law enforcement- other modules include: improvised weapons, batton, handcuffs, pepper spray and riffle. Note that this is a mere preview and it is being explained and shown very slowly. When trained it is trained in scenarios and experimented with a wide range of variables asking as many 'what if's' as possible. Raw combat's tactical weapons training is one of the world's first groups to base an entire system on the practical and effective use of law enforcement tools & weapons both in an offensive & deffensive way. Of course all defences are trained first to understand precautions, safe zones/angles etc. And then what is shown here with much much more. The hand gun is trained as a weapons of it's prime use but also as an improvised weapon as you see we use it to strike etc. This is trained in the event that it is not desired to kill the suspect/assailant. It is simply incase the weapon is jammed or out of ammunition etc. It also teaches officers that they can use their other weapons (hands, feet etc even hand holding the weapon) to respond, effectively- defend, disable, disarm. All basics are trained from- handgun types, anatomy, stance, posture, aiming, precautions etc (all fundamentals & safety awarenes), successful arrests, dealing with non compliants, working as a team to arrest. Some scenarios trained (the suspect is trying to take the weapon or escape) dealing with attempted disarms dealing with attempted restraints dealing with attempted tackles dealing with punches, kicks, elbows, etc and much much more- scenarios are often mixed together and role played in groups. This is because studies show that most will resist when they are about to be restrainted when arrested. They can fight for a matter of seconds with a chance of escape or sit there and end up in jail. This type of training is extreemly important for today's law enforcement officers. Seminars available world wide, now training in tokyo and saitama!!! Online, training & dvds available soon. Have this system available at your school with our affiliate program and gain business assiting your community & training law enforcement. Also suitable for body guards, security (at a range of levels) and military. Email for details see course details at www.Raw-knife-fighting.Com soon!
