I think I would do as Iamjustcurious advises, except that when you freeze them, put some plastic wrap over a large plate or pan (whatever will fit in your freezer), and space them out on the wrap so you can freeze them individually. Then put them into a freezer container of your choice. Hopefully this will help them not to stick togather in the freezer!
Also, whatever you do, make sure they are completely cooked before re-freezing!
