Unfortunately it's not possible to free reverse lookup cellular phones , that info is stored by the cell phone companies who charge to release the information ...
 
And the so called "Free" reverse cell phone look up directories, say the search is free but you are then asked to pay for the cell phone records...


  The reverse cellular phone lookup website I use is Reverse Phone Lookup Detective , they have a large database with complete and up to date information - plus a money back guarantee - which says a lot to me.
I have found that similar services provided me with a list of surnames and then a long page of first names that possibly match?!? Not much help.
