Free public arrest records, criminal public records free

Is it possible to find free public arrest records or criminal public records free online ?

I noticed that the large majority of the websites online that advertise free public arrest records are not free, it's always followed by a charge.

Ok I found something great and thought I would add it here - perhaps it can help someone in a similar situation  ....

I used  Gov public arrest records searches , I willingly paid a small joining fee, better than the alternative of wasting time searching through hundreds of minor web sites offering (not so) free public arrest records checks - whose information is questionable ...

And another issue I had with the free sites is that you can only search individual states. For me, it was critical to be able to perform public arrest records searches Nationwide - and obviously getting reliable up to date info was foremost as well.

Florida offers this free to the public under their government site for sex criminals living near you.I am not sure what else a person would need

You can't get that information for free...I would suggest running a criminal check at the link you have found - it's a great service

Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, your record can yoursel, your parents, the courts, your lawyers and the police. You can decline sharing this information with an employer and they have the right not to employ you if you don't share the information.

Employers who want to do a criminal record check - for youths or adults - ask you to provide the documentation. They can't go to the police as this information is protected under the Privacy Act.

I believe that a pending court case would not show up in a criminal records search, if There has not been a decision made Criminal record checks look for things that have already been closed as a case.

For free criminal record searches If it is a local search (in your area) you can down to city hall and ask to see the files on a certain person.
