I am sorry to hear that you are having challenges with your finances.
I am hoping that there isn't a crisis of health in your family, or if you have a family you are supporting because I really can't provide a detailed answer without a detailed case. If that is the case, reach out to your local community agencies for even more help.
Here is the general advice:
If everyone is healthy, and it is a situation of unemployment, then it's time to get any job that pays, even if it is Best Buy. If you need a second job on weekends, do it. Money is money. It doesn't care how many degrees you have or experience or how hard you work or how happy or sad you are. Only you can go out there and bring in that money.
First thing is first though. Cancel any services you don't need. This includes tv. Get your debt consolidated if you can. Brown bag your lunch. Pinch every dollar, and not just the pennies.
Then follow the top advice and start shopping for more work, or a higher paying job, or a job.
Start writing down every penny you spend. Write down every debt you have. If you can not match that with your income each month for your new spending habits plus twice the minimum monthly payment on your current debt without a second job, you need to think of either giving up even more, or declaring bankruptcy. Your after tax income has to always exceed your outgoing.
By the way, there is no such thing as free money. If money was free, there would be no value attached to it.
Best of luck
