Aptana is an opensource piece of software that is serious competition for Dreamweaver http://www.aptana.com/. Still if you want to go pro Dreamweaver no doubt is the best. Since Dreamweaver is in the Adobe family it works so much easier with photoshop, flash and illustrator.
