What forms do I file in Massachusetts Probate Court for Guardinaship of my disabled adult child?

     What forms do I need to file in Massachusetts Probate court to request Legal Guardianship of my adult child who is mentally and physicaly disabled?

      Also California has a form that waives paying the probate filing fees.  Does such a form exist for Massachusetts?

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

It is simple but you need a attorney to to do this if you cannot afford one get in touch with legal aid. And what is law in California is not the same as Massachusetts law as laws change from one state to anoughter as not all law is the same.
