I forgets most of the things in my life quickly ...

i forgets most of the things in my life quickly like my accesories, mobile,wallet etc and after some time i try to find that thing and mostly i cant remember then i get hopeless please tell me what i do

i have lost my wallet yesterday and i dont remember where i have left please do something

Changing others begins by changing yourself first

It could be a vitamin deficiency or some other problem. But DHEA, ginko biloba, or magnesium could help. Cardiovascular exercise like walking or running can bring in more oxygen to the brain. But it also helps to be more organized. If you always put all your basic things in a small container that can help. And everything has its place around your house. If you must put somethin g up make sure it is somewhere that you frequently go to. Last but not least if these suggestions don't work then see if you have been affected by stress or a lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation adversely affects your ability to remember, Stress has a similar effect, therefore to the extent that you can't  control these conditions you will probably remember things more often. Make sure that you pause to reflect on places that you choose to put your belongings and try to associate it to something outragous. Strange but true advice.
