I am very unhappy with the service that I have received from IMC Financial. I contacted them on October 1st, paid them via credit card. In the mean time I had already sent a work out plan to the mortgage company, before I had ever contacted IMC. I was calling and leaving message for a mitigator at IMC, then I finally get to talk to someone and was told that the mitigator is no longer with the company. I was informed that I need to complete an authorization form for anyone at IMC to speak with the mortgage company. I completed the paperwork and faxed it back, but still did not receive any more calls. So I decided that I would like to close my account and refund my money. Then I was passed to someone else and requested me to resend authorization so I did. But in the mean time I received a package from the mortgage company. I was able to work everything out directly with my mortgage company and requested that we go ahead and refund my money. I have called several times and still have not received a call from anyone at IMC. I have spoken with Lynett and have been told that only Naomi can help me. I have left several messages for her with no return call. Then on November 24th a letter was mailed to me, I still have not seen a letter. When I call and speak with Lynett she tells me that a letter was sent and that my account is under review.
I felt that IMC did not assist me in any way with saving my home and would just like to receive a refund.
