There are 4 groups of antioxidants: Vitamine C, Vitamine E, Selenium, and Beta Carotene. Besides fruits good sources are: Vegetables and whole grains. Good sources are: Dark green vegies (spinach, green pepper, asparagus, broccoli....), but also tomatoe and peppers (red & yellow), seeds, nuts, brown rice, beans, sweet potatoes, olive oil.
