What food provides a high amount of antioxidants?

Are there other foods besides fruit that provide a high amount of  antioxidants?

Hi,
There are 4 groups of antioxidants: Vitamine C, Vitamine E, Selenium, and Beta Carotene.  Besides fruits good sources are: Vegetables and whole grains.  Good sources are:  Dark green vegies (spinach, green pepper, asparagus, broccoli....), but also tomatoe and peppers (red & yellow), seeds, nuts, brown rice, beans, sweet potatoes, olive oil.  Here is a site that will be more specific.

Green tea has some amazing antioxidants, and it can also help you lose weight! If you don't like the flavor you could also try some lightly flavored green teas.

figs,real coco has more antioxidants than green tea and pomegranate also
