Food poisoning is a general name and can be caused by many types of bacteria that find their way in to our food. The symptoms are usually stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. These symptoms don't have to all appear together. the fact of the matter is, that it isn't possible to always identify food poisoning cause you need to find the actual bacteria in a stool sample or in other tests. That is why many times doctors will assume, what you had was food poisoning even thought there really isn't hard proof (besides the symptomatic kind) to show for it.

You usually know you

had food poisoning if it passes within about 24 hours.  Often people think they have the 24 Hour Flu when what they have is food poisoning.  Now...the tricky part is knowing if you have it. If you are very sick, it is best to get to the hospital or doctor to find out if that is possible.

(First...do no harm)

Hi,

I don't wait until I know that I have food poisoning.  I hate throwing up and all of the other things that are involved in digestive upsets of any sort.

I have found something that works every time to fight intruders in my digestive system and others have told me that this also works great even for food poisoning.

The beauty of it is that I have nothing to lose.  If I take it right away when I get that "queezy" (did I misspelled that?) feeling, it works within 5 minutes and my entire system is normalized.

I have felt really sick many times after eating or when I have the flu...but have never had to throw up and never had to experience the results of food poisoning, even though I sure felt at first like I ate something that was poisoning me.  (nausea, headache, stomach cramps etc. etc.)

Again, I have nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking 2 to 4 drops of an essential oil that was specially formulated for this problem.  I always carry the oil and capsules with me because almost every time I eat out I feel sick afterwards.  This never happens at home so I am wondering how clean cooking environments really are today.

Anyway, the reason I don't have anything to lose is because it usually helps...but if for some reason it didn't help, I would have to see a doctor...which I would have to do anyway...right?

The essential oil is called "Di-Gize" (#3324) and you can get more info and order at this site: http://KayAndTinaGraves.younglivingworld.com

Hope this helps.

Well, the first symptom is extreme nauseousness, and then symptoms vary afterwards. But you will definitely know if you are at the toilet throwing up and using #2 at the same time...and it feels like something is exploding in your stomach. PeptoBismol works okay and take as soon as you start feeling sick...if its really bad see a doctor and they will more than likely prescribe you Finigrin aka Promethazane.
