Be honest and be true to yourself.

I can always tell what kind of food a slim and obese women eat.  The slim ones love fruits and vegetables.  The obese ones love junk food and  most meats.  They don't like vegetables.

Buy organic rendered lard at http://www.prairiepridefarm.com/. ( I have NO connection to this farm--I am a home cook.) Organic lard is half monounsaturated fat, part polyunsaturated fat and part satarated fat that has no effect on cholesterol. Two fatty acids in lard raise cholesterol but not when together with the other mitigating fats as part of a healthy diet. Make pie crust with Carbquick/Carbalose (low carb--white flour is BAD as is whole wheat flour) and lard and cook and fry with it.  DO NOT BUY supermarket lard--it is hydrogenated and full of chemicals and WILL give you a heart attack and/or cancer.

Sure, to get the most out of garlic's nutritional benefits, cut it first and wait about 10 minutes.  This allows its natural enzymes to get to work breaking down garlic's components to yield even higher amounts of its beneficial chemicals.

Hope that helps,

Peter Bosani - Nutrition Specialist.
