Can food stored in a deep freezer last for a year?
Long-term storage of frozen foods is said to be up to 2–3 months. If you are keeping food frozen for longer, try to be aware of it's condition, and check for dates.
It depends on how the food was frozen. If you follow good tips for freezing your food, it will last for a year or more.
