sushi from this place in Atlanta, GA called Rousans... they make the most unique crazy kinds of sushi and it's incredible.  The pieces are about 3 times the size of normal pieces of sushi and they make all these special sauces that go with different dishes.

fondue!  especially from non-american countries.  in america you can only get fondue at fondue restaurants that only serve fondue.  in other countries fondue is usually one option of many.

with out question...grilled abalone served with fresh Italian squash, and homemade pilaf...and for desert...chocolate moose/raspberry topping and fresh brewed tea. oh-yah !!!
