My personal favorites with roasted pork chops are asparagus spears and a wild rice pilaf. Save me a bite :)

Bavarian style boiled sauerkraut with shredded carrots, boiled potatoes with butter and parsley or spaetzle with butter and parsley.  If you want to have more colour and increase the sweet/sourness of the meal, substitute sweet and sour red cabbage for the saurkraut.  A few brussel sprouts would also be nice.
