Sometime, in our life, we need to releax and dare the bad things happen.

Do not just keep on doing the things countlessly. Just releax, let things do their own way.

I known you must have been doing very good for cook. What you have cook must be very very good. And people have eaten them will like them.

Just, releax, things happen, and turn out to be as good.

This is a great recipe for Sloppy Joes that serves 100. If you only need enough for 50, you could always halve the ingredients. Hope it helps!

Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

20 lb. ground beef
4 large onions, chopped
4 large green peppers, chopped
4 C. chopped celery
1 C. packed brown sugar
1 C. yellow mustard
4 C. ketchup ( Heinz )
2 12 oz. cans tomato paste
4 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
6-8 C. water
3/4-1 C. vinegar
2/3 C. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef, onion, peppers and celery in batches until meat is browned. remove with a slotted spoon to a large roaster; add the next eight ingredients. This may all be done in an electric roaster at one time. Cover and simmer 3-4 hours. Approx. (12 quarts). May be made in smaller batches and frozen in gallon freezer bags.

Yield: 100 servings

When I have to feed lots of people I usually stick with Italian pasta recipes.  It's always a hit to serve this one for

chicken lasagna.  Try it out for your kids or friends first and see what they think.
