Place lettuce (Romaine or leaf lettuce - or both) on a large platter. Place crabmeat salad in the center. Arrange mixed veggies around the crab salad - asparagus, avocado slices, grape tomatoes, black olives, artichoke hearts, etc. Serve with small rolls and butter. Add some slices of lemon pound cake or another dessert on the side, with coffee, tea, or another beverage. Enjoy!
