Im thinking of getting my personal helicopters liscence but i was wondering could i fly to certain places in the city or is it strictly for cross country travel or siteseeing in other words i couldnt land at my favorite restaurant or could i ?

no u can't land @ a restraunt. You would also be talking up too many parking spots. By the way i live in atlanta!!!!!
