saunders cycle [ fitness warm up]. Helping a friend in Japan translate a fitness video. They say they will warm up with a saunders cycle before starting a yoga type program. I have never heard, of it can anyone help us.
I believe the move is: Feet spread wide, squat down as low as your bottom can go, place elbows on the inside part of your knees, hands in Namaste (prayer) position, and now rock from side-to-side.
