I am trying to locate a person who probably lives in France. I only got her maiden name. what do you think yould be the best web based way to find her?

PageJauns are the official WhitePages of france and also searchable in English. I suggest that you start from there, maybe she is still registered under her maiden name.

You always have the "human" option (if the last one doesn't work) of contacting the Embassy.

Finding when people use your photos.

the number 1 and number 2 viewed photo is pretty big. 104 views vs. 38 views. Although possible I find I'm an average to okay photographer. I have one photo out of more than 100 that is consistently...
