Attention mortgage brokers and lenders.  I desperately need your help!! What lenders are out there now who will do FHA financing on a manufactured home with land in SC other than Taylor Bean since they are suspended right now?

Please include a phone number for the lender if possible.

When you do find an FHA Lender, I specialize in FHA Appraisals. WWW.greaterbostonappraisalgroup.com and I will give you a 10% discount but you must have the lender find me and follow HVCC Guidelines.
