I have fallen victom to the payday loan trap. it ...

i have fallen victom to the payday loan trap. it has affected my marriage, as well as my credit worthyness. i do want to honor my obligatins, but i cant pay off one at a time without closing my account which my husband forbids me to do. is there another way to pay them one at a time without having legal action taken against me? i tried to work with a couple of lenders who said that they will stop the fees. but will not accept a monthly payment because i get paid weekly. i do not want to keep taking out payday loans to pay fees on existing loans because i will never get out of this mess

Insanity is doing things the same way and expecting different results.

You need to make weekly payments in order to avoid paying fees. You need to cut back on weekly extras, like going out to dinner or a movie and put that money towards your loan payments. It's the only way to get out of the mess.
