Should I buy personal title insurance for my mortgage?
Putting 20% down. Lender has title insurance.
As far as I know you must it is obligatory, if you need a mortgage that is. I am pretty sure that all mortgage lenders require such protection for an amount equal to the loan.
You might want to check on that answer about it being mandatory. You do not HAVE to buy this insurance!!! Beware! Check out this article:
