I have enough savings to pay off about $20k in credit card debt. Should I leave money invested or pay off cards? All different rates, and investment earning about 3%.

Hey, that's great if you are able to pay your debt. I suggest you to pay all of your debt otherwise it will continuously increase day by day. Moreover if you don't want to pay completely then at least pay the higher interest debts.
