Hi,

Business idea is of utmost important: Either you are the first one to do that business (and that gives you a tremendeous advantage) or you change the existing business. The better your business idea is the more you gain.
If you don't have a business idea you'll have to do what all the others are doing..... and that means you'll be "more of the same" and the market will be of "Barking Dogs" (as defned by BCT - Boston Consulting Team).
The way I recommend to reach a business idea is Mind Mapping (If you need some explanatins about it contact me, free of charge).
Business idea need: innovation, vision, luck, smart brains, intuition, etc.... defenately not easy.
