I am considerating buying a fixed rate annuity from Integrity life insurance company. The term is 10 years with a 9 year withdraw charge of 8-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 %. It pays 6% the first year and then 5 3/4 for the rest of the contract. Is this a good rate and a good company
